The wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM) unit is the true heart of Aldeghi Srl.
The extensive machinery is mostly automated, monitored with new IT technologies and constantly updated. It allows very high production efficienty while maintaining the high quality standard necessary for today’s industry.
These machines can perform many complex works, other machines can't do. Some machining techniques we used: big taper cuts, very low roughness such as RA 0,11 on steel and RA 0,06 on hard metal and cuts with fine wire (0,1 diameter)..
